It belongs to Amora Maille Société Industrielle S.A.S., a subsidiary of Unilever PLC, and its products for the European market are made at the Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur plant in Côte-d'Or, France. Unilever announced in 2026 that it would combine its Foods business, Amora included, with McCormick, with completion expected by mid-2027.
