Ben & Jerry's is an ice cream brand of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V., the ice cream company that Unilever demerged on 6 December 2025 and that has been listed in Amsterdam, London and New York since 8 December 2025. Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield opened their first scoop shop in Burlington, Vermont in 1978. TMICC makes the ice cream for the European market in Heppenheim in Germany, Hellendoorn in the Netherlands and Gloucester in the United Kingdom.
